We look for people who are dependable, compassionate and comfortable taking responsibility for someone else’s wellbeing. We can provide the training and support around that.
What you can expect from Sirona
Good pay
Starting from £15 per hour, with the opportunity to progress to £17 per hour as you develop with us.
Proper support
You should never feel that you’re simply being sent from one visit to another and left to get on with it. You’ll have people you know and can speak to when you need support.
Work you can be proud of
We want you to have enough time to care properly and to leave a visit knowing you’ve made someone’s day a little better.
To be treated with respect
We expect our carers to treat every person we support as one of their own. In return, we believe our carers deserve to be looked after properly too.
