Our care services

Everyday support,
delivered with heart

At Sirona Care, we believe providing care is both a privilege and an honour. Few roles offer the same sense of purpose as being useful to people who have spent their lives caring for others, building families, supporting communities and shaping the lives we now benefit from.

Our services are built around that belief. Whether we are helping with daily routines, personal care, medication, companionship, outings or respite support, our aim is the same: to provide calm, respectful and dependable care that helps people feel safe, valued and properly looked after.

Care at Home

We provide practical help at home with daily routines, comfort, mobility, meals, light tasks and general wellbeing. The aim is simple: to help the person feel safe, supported and able to continue living at home with confidence.

Personal Care

Personal care is provided calmly and discreetly, with dignity at the centre of every visit. We support people with washing, dressing, continence care, grooming and other personal routines, while giving them as much choice and control as possible.

Medication Support

We can support agreed medication routines through reminders, prompts and practical help in line with the person’s care plan. This gives families reassurance that medication support is being handled carefully and consistently.

Companionship

Companionship can include conversation, a cup of tea, help with hobbies, reading, short walks or simply spending time together. For many people, a regular friendly visit makes the day feel less lonely and more settled.

Daily Outings

We help people get out and about safely, whether that means attending appointments, visiting local places, going shopping, taking a short walk or enjoying a change of scene. The focus is on confidence, safety and keeping people connected to everyday life.

Respite Care

Respite care gives family carers time to step away while knowing their loved one is properly supported. We can provide calm, dependable care at home so families can rest, recharge or manage other responsibilities with confidence.
